Must-have
- Strong commercial software development experience building large web applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong experience in building applications with NodeJS
- Exceptional experience with AWS
- Experience in building applications with React or Angular
- Strong (and modern) software engineering background
- Experience in architecting of distributed systems
- Experience in building, running and leading high performing, autonomous engineering teams in complex environments
- Fundamental understanding of the principles of Agile and Lean development
- Delivery mindset and Product mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, whether to the engineering team, to business stakeholders or to our leadership team

- Lead, drive, code on assigned project
- Build a top class engineering team(s) – both on assigned project and in JavaScript unit
