🔹 Responsibilities: — Develop and refactor backend and data services in Go for data collection, processing, and delivery; — Work with ClickHouse: designing tables, materialized views, storage schemas, partitioning, and performance optimization; — Develop the architecture for data segmentation, data marts, filters, and related services; — Design ingestion and ETL pipelines for event and transactional data; — Work with Kafka and NATS JetStream, including gradual data stream migration; — Design events, data schemas, and processing rules; — Use gRPC and Protobuf for service interaction; — Implement mechanisms for idempotency, deduplication, retry, backpressure, and error handling; — Participate in architectural decisions and the development of the Data Platform; — Configure observability: metrics, logging, lag monitoring, alerts, and degradation control.

🔹 We expect: — 6+ years of commercial Go development experience; — Experience with highload or data-heavy systems; — Excellent knowledge of SQL and understanding of analytical and transactional storage principles; — Experience with ClickHouse, Kafka, NATS JetStream, gRPC, and Protobuf; — Understanding of data processing architecture and data pipeline construction; — Ability to discuss architectural solutions with engineers, analysts, the infrastructure team, and business stakeholders in a reasoned manner; — Understanding of the product value of data and its impact on business processes.

⭐ Will be an advantage: — Experience in designing DWH, Data Lake, Data Mart, or analytical marts; — Experience in iGaming, FinTech, AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce, or other highload products.
