TEAM LEAD BACKEND (GO)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance services in Go. • Define the technical direction for the backend platform's development. • Improve the reliability, availability, and security of systems. • Design scalable architecture, including multitenancy. • Optimize development and code delivery processes, reduce time-to-market. • Participate in the development of infrastructure, observability, and the Data Engineering / DWH domain.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Go and understanding of modern infrastructure. • 1+ year of experience as a team lead. • Relevant IT education (priority — MSU CMC, MechMath, HSE FCS, MIPT, Bauman, ITMO). • 5–7+ years of commercial experience. • Experience in designing and developing high-load systems. • Understanding of AuthN/AuthZ principles, familiarity with service mesh and observability approaches.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in AdTech. • Experience with YDB. • Experience working in big tech (Yandex, VK, Ozon, Magnit, etc.).
