Remote (outside of Belarus and Russia)
We are looking for an AI/ML Production Developer to work on an international AI product in the travel-tech sphere.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and maintaining production solutions based on LLM
- Working with AI agents, quality metrics, and evaluation
- Designing and improving AI evaluation frameworks and KPIs
- Participating in the development of recommendation, ranking, and personalization systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in AI pipelines and understanding the causes of AI failures
- Working closely with the product team and participating in product decision-making
Requirements:
- Strong fundamental knowledge of ML: evaluation metrics, ranking, embeddings, experimentation
- Understanding of neural networks and LLM principles
- Practical experience with LLM in production (prompt design, agent workflows, evaluation)
- Mandatory experience with Claude Code (Anthropic)
- Experience in building AI metrics, evaluation frameworks, or KPIs
- Experience with recommendation / ranking / optimization systems (depth in one of the areas)
- Skills in systematic debugging of AI errors and analysis of model quality
- Mathematical foundation, preferably a degree in mathematics or mathematical statistics
- Product thinking and ability to work in a small cross-functional team
- English language B2+ (all work communication is in English)
