We are looking for an ML Engineer / Research Engineer at Freedom Travel ✈️

This is not a story about “just training models”. Here, the person will influence real product metrics through: — recommendation systems — ranking/search — forecasting — experimentation & causal inference — retrieval / LLM workflows — production ML systems

The team is building an ML platform and production-grade solutions for the travel vertical and other products in the Freedom LifeStyle ecosystem. We value how a person thinks more than a “5+ years of experience” line. Therefore, we are ready to consider candidates with less commercial experience if they have: — a strong mathematical foundation, — good ML foundation, — the ability to quickly understand research, — a desire to build real solutions, not just experiments in a notebook.
