About the Team
Search is a key business area for Okko, generating the main traffic for viewing our titles. For effective product development, we conduct a lot of research and experiments. In this area, we need a strong ML engineer, driven to win, ready to both listen to business suggestions and propose their own top ideas for development.
Candidate Expectations
- knowledge of the fundamentals of mathematical statistics and basic methods for calculating A/B tests, as well as interest in other methodologies (bootstrap, cuped, diff-in-diff, etc.);
- deep understanding of NLP;
- experience in deploying neural networks to production;
- knowledge of neural network inference acceleration methods;
- knowledge of ranking methods;
- confident proficiency and experience in Python development;
- confident proficiency in SQL;
- experience in developing and deploying ML models to production.
