I’m hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to join us at Niantic Spatial.

This is a hands-on, player-coach opportunity for a talent leader who wants to help build a company and a recruiting function, at an important stage of growth. You’ll partner closely with our executive team to translate business priorities into a focused hiring strategy, personally lead our most critical searches, and build the processes, tools, and team we need to scale. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly without compromising quality, thrives in highly competitive technical talent markets, and brings both strategic judgment and exceptional recruiting craft.

Niantic Spatial is building the future of physical AI, enabling people and machines to better understand, navigate, and interact with the real world. It’s an exciting time to help shape the team that will bring this vision to life.

The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule of three to four days per week in the office.
