Vacancy: Product Content Manager Company: SmartIT Work Format: full-time, hybrid/remote in RB and EU

Our Smart IT team has opened a new direction: Product Lab – a mobile app studio: we quickly test product hypotheses (smoke test → MVP → launch) in consumer niches (health & wellness, lifestyle). Small team, high autonomy, fast cycle.

We are looking for a Product Content Manager who will take full responsibility for the product content – from landing pages and ad creatives to store listings and in-app texts, and will manage tasks independently.

🔸What we expect from you: – 3–5+ years of experience in content / marketing specifically in product IT companies. – English proficiency at C1–C2 level (products for the US market, all content in English). – Strong proficiency in at least 2–3 of the above areas + willingness to quickly master the rest. – Ownership and independence: independently sets deadlines and meets them, coordinates with dev, design, and analytics, proactively shares status updates and highlights risks in advance. – Fluency in using AI tools for content, design, and video.

🔸Desirable: – Experience in mobile / subscription apps, health & wellness / lifestyle niches. – Understanding of performance marketing (how content affects CTR / CPA / conversion). – Growth trajectory from copywriter to content function owner.

🔸What you will be doing: – ASO / store presence: keyword research, ASO strategy, listings (App Store + Google Play), screenshot copy, data-driven iterations + competitive analysis. – Paid creatives: RSA copy, paid-social concepts, static banners (all key sizes), UGC-style video via AI tools. – Iterative performance cycle: hypothesis → change → measured result → next iteration. – Product / UX copywriting: onboarding, paywalls, empty / error states, notifications; variants for A/B testing; UX writing guideline (tone, terminology). – Web / SEO: SEO strategy, blog, web copy + landing page wireframing, reporting. – Community / UGC: content presence in communities (Reddit and relevant platforms), UGC curation.
