Hello!
We are the UX Feedback team, an accredited IT company and B2B SaaS platform that helps companies truly hear their users. Every day, our clients turn the Voice of The Customer into understandable insights and working solutions with the help of our products.
Major Russian companies work with us: Yandex, Avito, CIAN, HH, M.Video, SberMegaMarket, Leroy Merlin, Sportmaster, TELE2, QIWI, S7, Aviasales, PIK, and many others.
About the position
We are looking for an independent Content Manager who can write engaging and interesting texts, explain complex things in simple language, independently find necessary information, and is not afraid to communicate (including contacting new people, conducting interviews, and maintaining dialogue).
It is important to understand the connection between content and metrics, regularly analyze results independently, and propose next steps based on data and observations.
We need someone who doesn't just publish materials, but develops content channels with the team and gradually builds a working content marketing system.
We expect proactivity. Not a ready-made brief, but a desire to delve into the topic yourself, gather context, talk to people, and come with a proposal. For us, content is also a product. Therefore, it's important that you don't just create materials, but ask yourself questions: who needs this, how will we know if it worked, how can we make it work repeatably. Experience in a product team or close to product managers will be a strong plus, but the main thing is that you already think this way.
Initially, the main focus will be on Telegram, email newsletters, and LinkedIn. You need to identify problems and growth points, show initiative, test hypotheses, and monitor changes.
Priority tasks for the first 3 months:
Telegram channel: — Analyze and understand what is currently working and what is not. — Maintain publication regularity and basic metric analytics without step-by-step control. — Propose and defend a plan for the next quarter: hypotheses, formats, what to test, and expected results.
Email newsletters: — Collect, format, and send emails for newsletters. — Analyze newsletter results based on basic metrics.
LinkedIn: — Maintain regular publications in English (approximately one post per week).
General tasks: — Develop the Telegram channel: work with sections and formats, propose and test hypotheses, analyze results, and look for opportunities to grow the audience. Over time, independently find and organize collaborations with other Telegram channels, including guest posts and paid placements. — Work with internal experts: conduct interviews and general calls to form the company's position on key topics, gather information, and turn it into expert content. — Work with external experts: periodically conduct market research and interviews with its representatives to understand the industry context, compare it with the company's position, and communicate the results in content. — Develop the email channel: over time, participate in the development of strategy, segmentation, sequences, and hypothesis testing. — Maintain LinkedIn in the background: ensure regular account activity with weekly posts in English. — Analyze the results of your content: regularly review the main channel metrics, compare them with publication goals, and use the insights for further work.
— Ability to delve deeply into a topic: research, interviews, independent information gathering, finding experts, and cold outreach. — Ability to write engaging, clear, and meaningful texts. — Analysis of content metrics: insights and next steps. — Product thinking in content: understanding why each material is created, how to verify its necessity, and how to build a repeatable system. — Experience with B2B content for complex products and long sales cycles. — Negotiation skills: for collaborations, placements, and cooperation terms. Calmly conduct negotiations and defend the company's interests. — Ability to work with a content plan, priorities, and regular publications. — Experience with Telegram and email newsletters. — English B2 level for independent work with sources, research, and preparing posts for LinkedIn. A higher level will be an advantage.
It is necessary to provide examples of published works.
Experience will be a plus: — Working in a product team or alongside product managers, researchers, and analysts. — Developing a Telegram channel, working with paid placements and advertising budgets. — Collaborations, guest posts, and partner materials. — Creating large content pieces: longreads, case studies, reports, and other materials. — Working with segmentation, sequences, and email marketing strategy. — Working with SaaS, UX/CX, research, or other complex expert topics.
Personal qualities — Independence and ownership: ability to not only complete tasks but also notice what needs to be done next without a detailed brief. — Initiative: not afraid to independently seek information, contact people, and propose new approaches. — Sociability: not afraid to reach out, ask, and negotiate when necessary for results. — System thinking: understanding the connection between content, channels, analytics, and business goals. — Curiosity: desire to understand the product, audience, and complex topics. — Working with feedback: ability to discuss edits, ask questions, offer alternatives, and improve your results. — Attention to detail: checking facts, links, and other important details.
— Remote work format from anywhere in the world. — Employment in an accredited IT company. — Annual training grant — 30,000 ₽. — Team meetups in co-working spaces in different cities, summer gatherings, and hikes. — Honesty and openness within the company, transparency of goals and processes. — Atmosphere: flexibility, support for initiatives, the opportunity to launch and test various hypotheses quite quickly. — A cohesive team we are proud of: we know how to work and relax together. — Flexibility in organizing your time while respecting common agreements and goals. — Opportunity for continuous development of professional and personal skills through working with the country's largest clients in the field. — Opportunity to change and develop the research and user experience industry with us.
About the hiring process
In your cover letter, please include a couple of examples of texts you've written – the topic doesn't matter, we just want to read how you write.
The process is simple afterwards: — HR interview — we get to know each other. — Test task — takes a couple of hours of your time. — Interview with the hiring manager. — Final meeting with the CEO.
