We’re hiring another contract or full-time B2B Content Writer. For context, we're an exec content agency writing social content for startup founders and agency owners.

You’ll spend most of your time doing the actual work:

• Researching companies, markets, and ICPs before you write
• Pulling ideas from interviews, podcasts, calls, and other source material
• Figuring out how someone actually speaks so the post sounds like them
• Writing for founders and executives
• Getting detailed edits and feedback on your work
• Looking at what performed and adjusting from there

You’ll also get a lot of reps.

We’ve written thousands of posts for founders and executives across startups and agencies, and you’ll work across a wide range of accounts once you’re ramped up.

That means you’ll get exposed to a lot of different businesses, ideas, markets, and writing styles.

This is probably a good fit if:

• You already have strong writing fundamentals
• You’ve written B2B social content before
• You spend a lot of time on LinkedIn and know what good content looks like
• You’re good at understanding new products and ideas quickly
• You care when a sentence feels off
• You like getting detailed feedback
• You want to spend a large part of your week actually writing
