Backend Developer for International Partner Services of Taxi

Our team creates international partner products for Yandex Taxi: we develop solutions that help taxi fleets manage and grow their business, and enable us to launch the service worldwide.

More than 90% of drivers are connected to us through fleets, and the partner direction plays a key role in the service's operations and new launches. We are skilled at closely interacting with partners and understand their real needs.

We have established development processes, microservices on C++ / Python 3, and a convenient CI/CD system. We leverage artificial intelligence capabilities to improve development efficiency and integrate AI solutions into the product. What tasks await you

Development of the recruitment product and working with performers based on business requirements You will be responsible for designing and implementing new functionality, as well as developing and optimizing existing solutions. You will participate in all stages of the development lifecycle: from analyzing product requirements and designing architecture to implementing and further supporting new capabilities.

Working with international markets You will need to adapt the system considering the specifics of different countries, implement local requirements, and launch projects focused on individual regions.

We expect you

• Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Are ready to develop using modern C++ (we use C++20)
• Are familiar with classical algorithms and data structures
• Enjoy working on both technical and product tasks

Will be a plus

• Have developed high-load distributed systems
• Have worked with microservice architecture
• Are familiar with Linux development
• Know Python or want to learn it
