- Expand Kubernetes capabilities by designing CRDs and developing operators;
- Describe and defend Architecture Decision Records;
- Set quality standards through tests and code reviews;

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of commercial development experience;
- Deep dive into Domain Driven Design methodology at a strategic level;
- Confident skills with Kubebuilder and CRD design experience;
- Experience writing and defending Architecture Decision Records;
- Desire to solve non-trivial tasks that go beyond standard development.
