A Fullstack Developer is required for the Network Management Product Development Department to automate the mobile and transport network of PJSC MTS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop server-side logic and APIs, implement separate backend logic modules in Python for mobile and transport network automation tasks. Create and maintain REST APIs for interaction with the frontend and external systems. Handle input data validation, error processing;
- Develop user interfaces, create and maintain web interfaces on React, integrate UI with the backend via REST APIs, fix bugs and improve user interface usability;
- Work with databases, write SQL queries, work with ORM (SQLAlchemy) for standard CRUD operations. Use Redis as a cache or temporary data storage. Prepare basic migrations.
- Work with Git and manage the code lifecycle. Work with Git repositories (GitLab), adhere to the adopted Git-flow. Interact with GitLab CI/CD: analyze pipeline results, fix errors related to your own code.
- Technical support and cross-team interaction, close collaboration with the technical block (Telecom): engineers, testers, and adjacent teams on integration issues. Analyze incidents and errors within your area of responsibility. Fix bugs and participate in performance optimization of individual functions.
What we expect:
- Experience: at least 4 years of frontend development with TypeScript and at least 5 years of backend development (relevant language: Python or Go).
- Languages and frameworks: expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and the required backend language (Python or Go), deep understanding of internal workings and frameworks.
- Architecture and scalability: experience in designing and implementing high-load distributed systems, microservice architecture, sharding/replication, and fault-tolerant storage.
- Performance and optimization: optimization of code and architecture (V8, profilers, SQL query optimization, ClickHouse), skills in optimizing React rendering and builds (Webpack/Vite/Babel).
- Typing and codebase: ability to create and maintain large codebases, advanced types in TypeScript, tsconfig configuration, best practices for typing React components.
- Reliability, testing, and CI/CD: experience in building test suites (unit/E2E), autotesting, CI/CD, release process, and project lifecycle support; incident management experience.
- Security and DevOps skills: confident understanding of application security, containerization/Kubernetes, monitoring/logs, Linux, and experience with queues/brokers.
