An iGaming company is looking for an experienced designer to act as a link between the world of digital painting and systemic product design. Your task is to take the bold ideas of the art director and artists, scale them to the level of a full-fledged interface, and ensure that the "magic" of the art is preserved when transferred to the working product.
**๐ฏ Your role and responsibilities: **โ Art & Product Synthesis: Translating the visual language of concept artists into logical and user-friendly interface solutions. You are responsible for ensuring the product looks spectacular without sacrificing usability. โ High-End Visual Design: Creating complex UI elements (icons, buttons, lobbies, game windows) with deep development of raster graphics, textures, lighting, and volume. โ Full Design Cycle: Working on UX flows, prototypes, and concepts. Creating and maintaining system UI kits, guides, and component libraries in Figma. โ Design Oversight: Quality control at all stages โ from the first sketch to final implementation in code. Collaboration with developers to ensure perfect execution. โ Analytics and Development: Analyzing user behavior and metrics for continuous interface improvement.
๐Requirements: โ 5+ years of experience in interface design (GameDev / iGaming / Mobile). โ Expert proficiency with Photoshop + Figma: You master raster (digital painting, materials) and at the same time know how to build flexible component architecture. โ Understanding of iGaming specifics: Knowledge of slot patterns, casino products, and game HUD specifics. โ Technical literacy: Understanding the pipeline for preparing graphics for development (optimization, asset slicing, working with atlases). โ Visual awareness and taste: The ability not just to follow guidelines, but to develop and enhance the visual style of the project.
**๐ Will be an advantage: **โ Motion Design skills (After Effects, Spine, or advanced prototyping in Figma). โ Experience using AI tools to accelerate prototyping and asset generation.
