✨ Vacancy: Head of Design - IGaming

We are looking for a Head of Design who will take responsibility for the development of the company's design direction, team management, and the implementation of key creative projects. We need a strong hands-on leader who knows how to build effective processes, create brands from scratch, maintain high visual standards, and personally work on complex tasks. A strong design background and an AI-first mindset are important.

What needs to be done: • Manage the design team, distribute tasks, set priorities, and control deadlines and work quality. • Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and develop the team's professional skills. • Shape the visual direction of the company and its products. • Create brands and visual identities from scratch, develop brand books and visual guidelines. • Personally work on key projects: landing pages, web interfaces, digital products, and advertising creatives. • Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and unified visual standards. • Interact with Marketing, SMM, Product, and Development teams to achieve business goals. • Implement AI tools and improve design processes to accelerate production and find new creative solutions.

What is important: ✔ 4+ years of experience in design and a strong portfolio. ✔ 1–2+ years of experience managing a design team or leadership in a design direction. ✔ Strong hands-on skills in Graphic Design and Web/UI Design. ✔ Proficient in Figma and modern design tools. ✔ Experience in creating brands, brand books, visual guidelines, and design systems from scratch. ✔ Experience working with landing pages, web interfaces, and digital products. ✔ Understanding of UX/UI, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build processes and develop a team. ✔ AI-first mindset and practical experience with Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or other AI tools. ✔ Independence, systemic thinking, and readiness to take responsibility for results.
