Lead/Senior Designer

🎨 Lead/Senior Designer | Cyprus | Office | Full-time

📍 Relocation is considered! We are also open to Senior Designers with strong hands-on experience and experience managing a team of 5–7 people.

We are looking for a Lead Designer who can combine managing a design team with independently executing key design tasks: from creating brands from scratch to developing digital products and advertising creatives.

🔹 What you will do: — Manage the design team: distribute tasks, control deadlines and quality — Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and develop designers — Formulate the visual direction of the company and products — Launch new products: develop concepts, identity, brand books, and visual guidelines — Independently handle complex and key design tasks — Create landing pages, web/UI design, advertising creatives, and graphic materials — Interact with Marketing, SMM, Product, Development, and other departments — Develop design systems and implement AI tools to optimize processes

🔹 What is important: — 4+ years of design experience — Experience managing a design team of 5–7 people — Experience in a Lead Designer position or similar — Strong hands-on level and confident command of Figma — Experience in creating brands and identity from scratch, developing brand books — Strong Graphic Design and Web/UI Design skills — Experience in designing landing pages and digital products — Good understanding of UX/UI, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy — Ability to effectively manage team workload and build processes — Experience with AI tools: Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, and others — Independence, systematic approach, and high responsibility for results
