Screenwriter needed for horizontal YouTube videos and Shorts in a Forex and Trading YouTube project

▪️What will be required? ▫️Write scripts for horizontal YouTube videos - 2-3 times a week and for YouTube Shorts - 2-3 times a day. ▫️Work according to the structure: strong hook, high retention, clear finale. ▫️Control the editing process and provide feedback until the final result. ▫️Generate ideas for new videos. ▫️Analyze metrics of released videos and adjust the approach.

▪️Requirements: ▫️Awareness of short-form content - you watch Shorts and understand why one went viral and another didn't. ▫️Dependability and consistent pace: 2-3 scripts a day is a daily norm, not a "when inspiration strikes". ▫️Literate speech and writing. ▫️Willingness to rewrite and accept feedback. ▫️Understanding of Forex and trading (not necessarily trading yourself, but the terminology and audience pain points should be clear). ▫️Experience writing scripts for Shorts / Reels / TikTok. ▫️Understanding of YouTube Shorts algorithms: retention, watch time, repeat views. ▫️Basic proficiency with neural networks - content will be adapted into Portuguese.

▪️Compensation ▫️Piece-rate - for each script. Discussed individually after the interview.

▪️We await all your proposals in the following format ▫️Description of work experience (resume will be an advantage). ▫️Case studies: links to Shorts you've written, with view counts - mandatory. ▫️Link to social media. ▫️A short answer in your own words: why are you the best candidate for this position?

After reviewing applications - a test task (1 script) and a live online interview.
