You will work with marketing, product, BI, and executives to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities across different markets and acquisition channels.
What you'll do: — Lead a team of analysts — Evaluate the effectiveness of channels, countries, and products — Set up experiments (A/B, causal inference) — Implement MTA, improve attribution — Build dashboards with BI — Analyze Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer, GA4
Our expectations: — 4+ years in marketing/product analytics — Leadership experience (team lead or mentorship) — Strong SQL — Knowledge of unit economics, attribution, metrics — AppsFlyer, GA4, etc. — Experiments, A/B tests — Fluent English and Russian
Nice to have: MTA/MMM, incrementality, B2C / iGaming / mobile / e-com, Tableau/Power BI/Looker
