About the Role
We are looking for a UGC Creative Producer to lead our "content factory" for our mobile application from start to finish. The primary channel is TikTok, with system reposting and distribution on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You will need to manage a network of creators, own the creative testing pipeline, and keep production, publications, and payments in order.**
What You'll Do
- Manage a network of TikTok creators and "turnkey" accounts (search → onboarding → production → reporting).
- Find, attract, onboard, and brief creators; ensure a stable weekly volume and quality.
- Own the creative pipeline: generate hypotheses, define formats, create a testing plan, and prioritize what to shoot next.
- Track performance (views, retention, engagement, CTR/CVR if applicable), analyze results, and iteratively improve the strategy.
- Coordinate cross-posting to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (adapting videos, subtitles, metadata, planning/scheduling).
- Coordinate payments to creators: rates, invoices, payment statuses, and related documents.
- Maintain operational order: content calendar, asset library, naming conventions, approvals, deadlines.
Requirements (must-have)
- Experience working with creators or managing content production (experience with UGC/TikTok is a big plus): sourcing/selection, briefs, deadlines, quality control.
- Strong creative thinking for short-form content (hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention).
- Ability to conduct structured experiments: hypothesis → test → conclusion → next iteration.
- Strong operational skills: spreadsheets, clear communication, follow-ups.
- Experience with cross-platform reposting (TikTok → Reels → Shorts) and basic editing workflow (CapCut or similar).
- Reliability in remote work: self-organization, async communication, ownership.
It would be a plus
- Performance-driven approach (creative → metrics; understanding of CPI/CPA/ROAS).
- Experience managing 20+ creators or a pipeline of 30+ videos/day.
- Experience with tools: Notion, Google Sheets, Drive, Slack, CapCut.
- English B2 or ability to work with international creators.
