We are looking for a Creative Performance Strategist who knows how to: • deeply analyze content • identify patterns • determine growth directions
This is not SMM. This is not media buying. This is not just a creative producer.

Responsibilities • Analyze campaigns, accounts, and creatives (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) • Understand what actually influences views, engagement, and conversions • Decompose content into: • hooks • formats • narratives • Identify patterns in top-performing creatives • Formulate clear action plans: • what to scale • what to stop • what to test • Analyze competitors and the market • (optional) participate in implementation

Requirements (mandatory) • Experience with short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) • Understanding of: • virality mechanics • hooks • audience psychology • Ability to explain: 👉 why something works, not just that it works • Experience in analyzing: • creatives • ER / retention / views • English B2+ • Ability to provide: 👉 clear and actionable recommendations
