ACD/CD Art Director

Hello friends - we're looking for a freelance ACD/CD Art Director at Duncan Channon.

Someone who can do both sides of the job: come up with big, campaignable ideas and get in the weeds to make them real - design, comp, build. Not a “just direct” role… more Swiss-army-knife energy.

Fast, collaborative, and fun team. AI fluency/enthusiasm a big plus. Strong craft and a design POV also important.

SF Bay Area preferred. Real potential for this to turn into something longer-term.

If you know someone great (or are the one), drop a portfolio or DM me - excited to review with the team.
