Position: Media Buyer (Middle+ / Senior)

Work format: remote

We are looking for a strong Media Buyer for a new iGaming product under NDA, who will take on the development of Telegram traffic from scratch.

This is not a story about working according to a ready-made scheme. We need a person who understands where to get quality traffic, which channels to test, how to negotiate with admins, and what to scale after the first results.

Key tasks: • Purchasing and attracting traffic through Telegram • Searching, analyzing, and selecting Telegram channels and platforms • Negotiating with channel owners and purchasing placements • Testing advertising formats and creatives • Analyzing traffic effectiveness and optimizing purchases • Scaling working connections and channels • Working with GEO: Russian Federation, CIS, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan • Independently forming an approach to Telegram acquisition

Who we are looking for: • From 1.5 years of experience in Media Buying • Practical experience with Telegram traffic in iGaming • Ability to independently find platforms and negotiate with administrators • Understanding of traffic economics and key metrics • Initiative and independence: there will be no one here to tell you what to do every day • Experience with budgets from ~$20K/month will be a plus
