Senior Strategist / Account Manager

Sielu Studio is looking for freelance senior strategists and account managers who want to be part of something - and build within it.

Sielu Studio is a boutique creative agency based in Amsterdam, working across brand strategy, creative direction, and production for luxury and premium brands. We come with the structure, the systems, a proven team of 20+ talented creatives, and the track record. What we're looking for is the commercial energy to grow it.

Our client work spans LVMH (Belvedere Vodka), Formula 1, global sports media, and fashion and lifestyle brands. Emily Logan, Sielu's founder and creative director, brings 12+ years working with global luxury houses (Chanel, Prada Group, Kering, and Maisons across LVMH) as well as editorial publications and celebrity talent.

The model: a small, select number of senior JBP partners who bring and manage client relationships, backed by a fully resourced studio and collaborative team. Creative direction is led by Emily, supported by a proven, agile, global senior creative team. What JBP partners drive: brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, marketing leadership and activation, O/P/E content, reporting, and production oversight.

What this looks like in practice:

You bring in new business. You earn commission accordingly. Beyond that you're considered for paid client work across studio projects as account and strategy lead. Not only the clients you bring in. The full client roster, where applicable.

What we're looking for: 8+ years across brand, strategy, or account leadership. Experience with premium or luxury clients. Relationships worth activating and the confidence to close. Agency-side, brand-side, consultancy, or independent - all considered.

The structure is a JBP model: commission-based, not salaried. Built for people who back themselves and want the upside that comes with that.
