KOT is a startup that creates an online club around books for Russian-speaking children aged 8-13 worldwide.

We have developed a unique program to maintain and develop the Russian language, compiled a bank of the best modern books, and implemented AI tools for individual book selection for each child.

We are looking for someone who will fully take over KOT's digital products and technological aspects. We anticipate growth to 1,000+ active users, so we are building the technology with scalability, automation, and quality preservation in mind from the start.

What you'll be doing

• Products for children. Personal account, gamification, initial AI interview, AI tools for progress tracking.
• Products for parents. Personal account, personalized reports, communication automation.
• Technologies for business. Class quality control systems, analytics, marketing and sales tools, internal process automation.

Who we're looking for

• Senior with strong product thinking and experience in creating digital products.
• Ability to independently design product and technical logic and implement solutions in code.
• Practical experience with web products, AI agents, bots, automation, and integrations.

Conditions

• Full-time, remote.

• Salary 4000 USD per month + profit sharing.
