Solutions Software Engineer

We're hiring a Solutions Software Engineer in New York. 🗽

Picture this: a big customer wants something monday.com can't do out of the box, and the deal (or the renewal) is waiting on it. Our team is who gets called. You talk to the customer, figure out what they actually need, build it on our API and app framework, and show it to them a few weeks later. Then you watch them use it.

It's engineering, product thinking and customer work in the same week. No tickets disappearing into a backlog.

What we're looking for: → Solid full-stack chops (TypeScript, Node, React) → Someone who uses AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, anything) and can still explain every line they ship → Comfort talking to customers → No ego, lots of curiosity!

Hybrid, 3 days a week in our NYC office, with the team under the amazing Ziv Ventura. The team now works closely with R&D in Tel Aviv, Warsaw and London, so what you build can shape the platform itself.
