👥 Workster is partnering with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit two Senior Product Managers for its R&D team. We’re looking for hands-on product builders who combine AI, coding, data, and growth to build, test, and ship innovative products quickly.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Drive A/B testing, growth experiments, and new product features.
- Build, prototype and ship functional product improvements.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
- Define success metrics, analyse data, and iterate based on results.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and senior technical leadership.
- Take ownership of product challenges from concept to measurable impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance and user experience.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Senior-level product management or related experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping products, features, or prototypes.
- Hands-on AI coding experience is essential.
- Strong data analysis and experimentation skills.
- Technical autonomy and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with web products and cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio, GitHub repository, live demo, or other evidence of AI-powered projects you've shipped.
💡 Experience in B2C, consumer technology, entertainment, or gaming is a plus. A background in software development or design is also welcome.
