CPA Network / iGaming

We are looking for a Head of Analytics to lead the analytical direction and help turn data into solutions that impact profit and business scaling.

What you will do: — Lead a team of analysts and develop the analytical function — Build processes, standards, and BI/reporting — Analyze affiliate traffic: GEO, sources, offers, products, and campaigns — Monitor key metrics: CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, FTD — Identify growth opportunities, profitable connections, and scaling possibilities — Detect problems in the funnel, traffic quality, and product — Provide the business with clear insights and recommendations for decision-making

What is important: — 3+ years in analytics + experience managing a team/function — Experience in Gaming / CPA / Affiliate is mandatory — Understanding of iGaming traffic economics and key metrics — Proficient SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, BI — Experience in building analytical processes and systems
