R&D Product Analyst

Vacancy: R&D Product Analyst Company: Tribe 📍 Limassol office, full-time

Main Task: • Analyze product and web data, develop the internal analytics system, and help product and business teams make data-driven decisions.

💼 First Tasks After Employee Onboarding: • Process incoming analytical tasks from teams and assess the feasibility of solving them using the internal analytics system. • Analyze and develop existing metrics and analytics system functionality. • Prepare requirements for new metrics, functionality, and BI dashboards. • Analyze data and identify the causes of key performance indicator deviations. • Write SQL queries, prepare data extracts, and conduct ad hoc analytics. • Work with product funnels, business metrics, and user behavior. • Support and develop existing dashboards. • Document analysis results and interact with product, marketing, and development teams.

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in analytics within the product or marketing sphere. • Proficient in SQL, experience with ClickHouse / PostgreSQL. • Experience with BI systems: Tableau / Metabase. • Experience with web analytics systems: GA4, Yandex.Metrica, Amplitude; understanding of working with raw data. • Understanding of product and business metrics, funnels, and the AARRR framework. • Experience interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders. • Ability to independently manage several analytical tasks and bring them to completion. Will be a plus: • Experience in iGaming / betting / affiliate / traffic / fintech. • Knowledge of Python (pandas, matplotlib). • Experience with Grafana / Superset. • Experience with A/B tests, heatmaps, and session recordings. • Understanding of SEO and webhook integrations.
