Backend Go Developer

💻 Backend Go Developer at QLAN QLAN is a technology integrator implementing end-to-end AI solutions into the business processes of large companies and government structures. We are looking for a Go developer to design and develop high-load backend services. What you will do: — design and develop backend services in Go; — participate in the design of architecture and technical solutions; — develop REST/gRPC APIs and integrations; — optimize the performance and reliability of high-load services; — work with databases and message queues; — conduct code reviews; — mentor middle developers and participate in the formation of development standards. What is required: — from 4 years of commercial development in Go; — deep understanding of goroutines, channels, context; — experience in designing microservice architecture; — confident work with PostgreSQL, indexes, and query optimization; — Kafka / RabbitMQ / NATS; — Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; — experience in writing unit and integration tests. Will be a plus: — ClickHouse / Redis; — Prometheus / Grafana; — integration of LLM/AI services into the backend; — experience in outsourcing/outstaffing format.
