We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist / AI Engineer to join our team 🚀

I am looking for someone for my department who will be responsible for automating internal business processes using AI.

What you will need to do: — Receive tasks/descriptions from me and independently devise technical solutions; — Automate manual and repetitive processes; — Create AI agents and various AI-based workflows; — Integrate AI with internal services, APIs, CRMs, databases, and other tools; — Work with LLM/APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.); — Use automation tools like n8n / Make and write your own code if necessary; — Test, improve, and maintain already launched automations; — Suggest which processes in the company can be further automated.

Who we are looking for: We need a technically strong individual who has a good understanding of modern AI tools and can build working solutions based on AI, not just use ChatGPT.

Important: — Confident work with APIs and integrations; — Experience with AI/LLM and automation; — Python and/or JavaScript; — n8n / Make / similar; — Understanding of AI Agents, RAG, structured outputs, webhooks; — Ability to independently understand a task and bring it from an idea to a working solution.

Experience in automating real business processes and a portfolio with cases already working in production will be a big plus.
