Sberseasons is a paid internship program for full-time students.
As part of the internship, you will be able to:

Our team is responsible for assessing and managing model risk. Our employees participate in projects to improve machine learning models and optimize their application in Sber's business processes. We create tools for monitoring, managing, and assessing model risk across all business areas.
We:
- IT-validate all Sber models that can significantly impact financial results. IT validation is checking that the model was implemented correctly, as well as checking data quality. Models come to us from all corners of the vast Sber (retail and corporate business, finance, ecosystem).
- develop and automate methods for validating various classes of models (especially relevant in light of the increasing complexity of Sber's models).
- build a platform for online monitoring and auto-validation of models.
Responsibilities
- analyze code and identify the IT component of model risk
- perform data quality checks
- automate IT validation processes (create IT validation tests in Python).

Requirements
- good knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- proficiency in Python/SAS/R and major data analysis libraries
- knowledge of Data Science fundamentals
- ability to write SQL/Oracle PL queries.
Have:
- interest in working with AI and basic skills in interacting with neural networks
- experience using Gigachat and other AI tools in studies or projects
- desire to learn AI work (we will train you).
