wanted for the order assembly robotization division in darkstores — picking and packing (hybrid, Moscow).

• This is not a remote role, it implies regular trips to darkstores, test sites, and the laboratory (1-2 times a week on average, to darkstores (territorially in the North and West of Moscow + possibly a bit beyond MKAD (Dolgoprudny, Khimki)).

More about the role:

The task is to ensure that automation decisions are data-driven: model the assembly process, measure it, identify bottlenecks, and translate operational metrics into specific technical requirements for automation tools.

What you will be doing:

• Define assembly process metrics and calculation methodology;
• Collect and analyze data, build process models, and test hypotheses with calculations;
• Define and maintain robotization success metrics;
• Evaluate automation economics and payback periods;
• Formulate technical requirements for assembly stations, mobile transport robots, conveyors, and sorting systems;
• Study the assembly process at sites, conduct time studies, assess ergonomics, flows, and blockages;
• Conduct interviews and surveys of employees;
• Build and maintain process maps;
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and keep documentation up-to-date.

Grade — Middle+

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in process and operations analytics, intralogistics, manufacturing, or quantitative product analytics.

Important: SQL, Python, Excel, understanding of operational metrics, ability to model processes and test hypotheses with calculations.
