What you will be doing

📍 Ensuring the stability and uninterrupted operation of the service: monitoring, log and incident analysis, scheduled updates and controlled releases.

📍 Assisting in supporting the current infrastructure on the nginx + PHP + MySQL stack.

📍 Designing and executing SQL queries for analysis and operational tasks, ensuring data correctness and integrity.

📍 Maintaining and updating technical documentation: instructions, runbooks, operational procedures.

📍 Serving as an L2 escalation point: handling technical inquiries from partners and the team, diagnosing root causes and proposing solutions.

📍 Taking ownership of the Golang project: supporting production, stabilization, development, and technical improvements

📍 Acting as a technical interface between the product and the business back-office

Requirements

📍 Deep understanding of web server architecture and client-server interaction.

📍 Confident work with PHP code at the level of support and modifications.

📍 Practical experience with SQL, understanding data structure and lifecycle.

📍 Automation of internal processes and services

📍 Proficient use of the Linux console.

📍 Proficient in Golang

📍 Independently making technical decisions and arguing for them confidently
