🔶About the project:

We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer for an international cybersecurity project 🔐

The product is related to digital privacy and security — it is a highload system with millions of users worldwide.

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead who can combine team development, architectural solutions, and hands-on development.

🔶Responsibilities:

— Development of the backend team: assisting developers, code review, process improvement; — Design and development of backend solutions; — Development of new services, features, and integrations; — Working with highload systems, performance optimization; — Refactoring and development of the Laravel codebase; — Task decomposition, estimation, and planning; — Application of AI tools to accelerate development and improve solution quality.

🔶**Tech Stack: ** PHP 7.4 / 8.*, Laravel 7/8/11, MySQL 8, Redis, Memcached, Nginx, Node.js, Git, Composer, SQL, Eloquent ORM, Linux.

🔶What's important:

— 7+ years of commercial PHP development experience; — Experience with highload products; — Deep experience with Laravel, APIs, and backend architecture; — Experience in performance optimization, SQL, caching, and queues; — Experience in technical leadership, architectural solutions, and working with large codebases; — Confident work with Git, Linux, Composer; — Use of AI tools in development; — English B2+ .
