We are an engineering company with 14 years of experience in creating corporate IT systems for large companies from various industries: retail, real estate, medicine, transport, logistics, and others.

We are currently building a pool of backend developers with whom we can quickly connect to projects.

❗️Important: this is not a vacancy for a specific project; we are forming a database of specialists for a quick start, who can be contacted when tasks arise.

What you will be doing:

• Developing the backend part of projects (various domains and tasks)
• Participating in the launch of new features and services (often "from scratch")
• Actively using AI tools in development (acceleration, automation, code generation)
• Quickly engaging in projects and solving applied tasks

What is important to us:

• Commercial experience in backend development (proficiency in any of the popular backend stacks: Java, PHP, GO, Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and bring tasks to completion
• Experience using AI in work (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) - not necessarily an expert, but real application is important
• Readiness to quickly connect to projects
• Experience working with different stacks / readiness to switch quickly
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience in optimizing and accelerating development through AI

Work format:

• Project-based employment (mostly 1–3 months)
• Part-time / full-time possible
• Fully remote work
