We are developing:

• A B2C application for professionals;

• A B2B product for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) that are not ready for full-time hiring but need expertise here and now.

🔹Candidate expectations

• 4+ years of development experience.

• Preferably 2+ years at a Senior level or close to it.

• Confident knowledge of Python and Django.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST API.

• Understanding of principles for building scalable systems.

• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for results.

• Interest in the product, AI direction, and growing together with the team.

Technical education is a plus, but not mandatory.

🔹Tasks

Primary focus:

• Development and enhancement of product backend functionality.

• Work with AI features:

• integrations with OpenAI,

• experimental and product AI solutions,

• fast research and prototyping.

• Architectural tasks:

• increasing system resilience,

• preparing for load growth,

• improving scalability.

• Integrations with external services:

• chats,

• calls,

• AI tools,

• other third-party platforms.

• Search and data tasks:

• OpenSearch development,

• improving search and matching logic.

• Support and optimization of existing APIs.
