We are currently looking for a skilled Python developer who can thoughtfully delve into tasks and develop the backend architecture of our services, maintaining its reliability.

What you will do:

• design new services and develop technical solutions "from scratch";
• write concise SQL queries (ORM is not our way) and get the most out of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, ElasticSearch;
• evolve existing code: refactor, redevelop, improve architecture step by step;
• work under high loads and with terabytes of data;
• perform code reviews, share experience, and maintain a healthy atmosphere within the team.

What we expect from the candidate:

• 3+ years of commercial development experience — confident Python skills;
• technical education;
• deep knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL / ElasticSearch — ability to profile and optimize queries, desire to study intricacies, tune performance, implement best practices;
• understanding of design patterns and web application architecture;
• ability to understand someone else's codebase without a complete rewrite;
• ability to independently solve complex problems, estimate timelines, and meet deadlines.
