Centicore Company 💙 is looking for a Data Scientist for a project with one of the largest banks in the Russian Federation.
Level: Middle+/Senior
Location: Hybrid (preferred) / Remote (Moscow time or +/- 1 hour)
Salary Range: from 300k to 350k rubles net per month, depending on grade.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the stability and quality of current AutoML algorithms, optimize code;
- Develop new platform scenarios for analysts (anomaly detection, data cleaning, clustering, data/concept drift analysis);
- Enhance reporting and artifacts for the obtained model (model report with LLM interpretation, graphs, tables);
- Update documentation and technical instructions for platform scenarios;
- Collaborate with the MLOps team on the implementation of new platform scenarios and features;
- Analyze analysts' needs and formalize them into scenarios;
- Support users (analysts);
- Be responsible for the library's release cycle;
- Conduct PR reviews from other DS specialists.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science (experience with various cases and models, industrial development experience is important);
- Confident command of the Python ML and DL stack: PyTorch, LightGBM / XGBoost / CatBoost, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy;
- Ability to work with tools: Spark, Hadoop, Hive, MLflow, Airflow / Argo Workflows.
Will be a big plus:
- Contribute to ML libraries;
- Full-stack development experience.
IMPORTANT (KEY DISTINCTION):
We need an expert in tabular data and classic ML (gradient boosting, logistic regression, clustering).
❌ Candidates with a career solely in CV / NLP / LLM without a serious background in tabular data are NOT suitable.
