🛠Requirements:

• Specialized education/certificates in data analysis and machine learning specializations;

• At least 3 years of experience in data science;

• Python (PEP 8);

• Ability to write code according to specified quality standards;

• Knowledge of standard algorithms and data structures;

• Good command of libraries for data analysis, numerical methods;

• Ability to write code optimal in terms of time and memory;

• Algorithm complexity - debugging and code optimization;

• Test-driven development;

• Fluent in OOP;

• Project architecture design experience;

• Process scheduling design (airflow, cron);

• Project deployment to production;

• CI/CD experience;

• Working with data: basic SQL (join, group by);

• Experience with relational databases;

• PySpark experience (broadcast join, etc., Spark UI);

• Knowledge of window functions;

• Knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of various database types;

• ETL pipeline development experience;

• Transactions/ACID/Indexes;

• Advanced proficiency in hypothesis testing methods: - multiple hypothesis testing - parametric/non-parametric methods - bootstrap;

• Study and implementation of advanced ML models: - Bayesian models/PGM/VBI, RL, and others;

• Knowledge of variance reduction methods in experiments;

• Deep dive into product metrics: - understanding of core product metrics and their specifics - translation of business tasks into DS/DA/DE and decomposition of complex business tasks - building proxy product metrics;

• Experience in forming new research directions;

• Ability to identify weak/strong sides of product business logic;

• Ability to consult and work closely with product managers or business stakeholders;

• Decomposition of business goals into analysis stories, estimation of task completion times;

• Stack: Python; SQL; data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly / BI tools); Git; PyTest; Spark 2.2+; Grafana/Airflow; Docker; Kubernetes (K8S).
