• Experience in conducting deep data analysis;
• Skills in feature engineering and feature optimization;
• Knowledge of A/B testing design and execution methods;
• Ability to develop reports to assess the impact of models on business;
• Proficiency in ad-hoc analytics methods and the ability to quickly respond to business requests.

📌Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep data analysis to generate hypotheses that improve ML model metrics;
• Perform feature engineering: search and optimization of features in raw data;
• Design A/B tests to validate algorithms;
• Develop reports to assess the impact of models on business;
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics upon requests from the business/users regarding the mutual influence of model results and business metrics.
