📌 Project: data platform. Internal company project in Serbia for the development of a platform for big data analysis and ML model building for business process optimization. The platform aggregates data from various sources, allows building predictive models, and integrating them into the production environment with quality monitoring. The main focus is the development of ML solutions and their integration into data-driven processes

✅ Requirements: Experience in Data Science from 4 years Strong command of Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, CatBoost or similar) Experience in building and deploying ML models to production Understanding of model quality metrics and approaches to their improvement Experience with SQL (writing complex queries) Practical experience in feature engineering and working with real data Understanding of the full ML lifecycle Experience with classification/regression tasks (churn, recommendations, scoring, etc.)

➕ Will be a plus: Experience with big data (Spark/ Hadoop) Experience deploying models (Docker, API services) Experience with ML pipeline tools (Airflow, MLflow) Understanding of A/B testing and causal inference Experience with Kubernetes Experience building recommendation systems

🍀 Tasks: Full cycle of ML model development: from data exploration to production deployment Building and improving models (classification, regression, segmentation) Working with large data volumes, preparing and cleaning datasets Development and optimization of feature engineering Model validation, working with metrics, quality analysis Participation in the design of ML services and pipelines Interaction with analysts and engineers for model implementation Support and refinement of existing solutions
