📌Project Description: We are developing an intelligent decision support system in the construction and real estate sector. The key task is to create an AI agent that automatically builds a Customer Decision Tree (CDT): models the client's journey from need awareness to object selection, analyzes influencing factors, and generates personalized recommendations. You will work at the intersection of data science, product analytics, and engineering: from data research and model prototyping to their productization and integration into the company's business processes.

🔎Who we are looking for: A Middle+ level Data Scientist who can not only train models but also bring them to production. It is important for you to see the business results of your work, you understand the principles of hypothesis validation, and you are ready to delve into the subject area of construction and development.

📝Tasks:

• Creation of a recommendation system
• Productization of models

🟡Requirements: ∙ 2+ years of experience in data science ∙ Knowledge of probability theory, mathematical analysis, and linear algebra ∙ Ability to test statistical hypotheses, knowledge of basic criteria ∙ Knowledge and understanding of basic metrics and principles for evaluating model quality and the results obtained with them, methods of model validation ∙ Confident knowledge of Python (+ classic set of libraries for data analysis/machine learning: scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, plotly/matplotlib/seaborn) ∙ Experience training gradient boosting models, using one of the libraries (Catboost, LightGBM, XGBoost) ∙ Experience developing recommendation systems ∙ Experience launching ML into production — understanding how to correctly set up model serving; understanding the principles of operation of technologies we use for model serving: docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, KServ
