✅ Mandatory requirements
- Analyst experience from 4 years;
- Confident SQL skills (analytical queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries);
- Experience in assigning tasks to developers: understanding of system architecture, typical metadata objects, and integration mechanisms (COM, HTTP services, web services);
- Knowledge of message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) — at the level of assigning tasks and understanding architecture;
- Experience in describing REST API integrations (knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger will be an advantage);
- Drafting clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Understanding of event-driven architecture principles and corporate system integration;
- Systems thinking: ability to analyze tasks comprehensively, consider interdependencies between components, and see the big picture of the project;
- Attention to detail: thoroughness in describing integration processes and user scenarios, minimizing the risk of errors during the design phase.
➕ Additional requirements
- Experience with Lakehouse architectures: understanding the principles of data storage layer organization (bronze/silver/gold), partitioning methods, and approaches to processing large volumes of historical data;
- Interaction with ML teams: experience in assigning tasks for model development, formulating requirements for input data and features, understanding the ML model lifecycle (MLOps), and participating in acceptance of results;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry: knowledge of business process specifics and industry features;
- Basic skills in working with 1C: proficiency in 1C query language or understanding the metadata structure of typical configurations.
📌 Project tasks
- Collection and structuring of requirements from business customers with subsequent validation;
- Analysis of current business processes, identification of bottlenecks and contradictions in system logic;
- Decomposition of business requirements to the level of specific technical tasks for developers;
- Formation of technical specifications and functional specifications (description of business logic, data structures — documents, registers, reference books, screen and print forms, reports);
- Assignment of tasks for working with Kafka (description of topics, message schemas, producer/consumer logic, requirements for delivery reliability and error handling);
- Description of REST API integrations (contracts, request and response schemas);
- Writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation of development results, and incident investigation;
- Analysis of data flows between systems, compilation of field mapping;
- Maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation (integration schemes, API descriptions, data exchange regulations);
- Development of test cases and participation in acceptance testing;
- Participation in coordination meetings, solution demonstrations, and retrospectives;
- Maintaining the task backlog, prioritization in conjunction with the customer and team lead.
