⌨️Candidate requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- Experience as an analyst of 3+ years
- Proficient in SQL: writing analytical queries, working with joins, aggregations, subqueries
- Experience in setting tasks for developers: understanding of architecture, typical metadata objects, integration mechanisms (COM, HTTP services, web services)
- Experience with Apache Kafka or similar message brokers (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) — at the level of task setting and understanding of architecture
- Experience in describing REST API integrations with OpenAPI/Swagger
- Ability to write clear technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and principles of corporate system integration
- Experience with Lakehouse architectures: understanding the principles of data storage layer organization (bronze/silver/gold), partitioning, working with large volumes of historical data
- Experience collaborating with ML teams: participation in setting tasks for model development, description of requirements for input data and features, understanding the ML model lifecycle (MLOps), acceptance of results
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry: knowledge of business process specifics
- Basic knowledge of 1C query language or understanding of the metadata structure of typical configurations
✅Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Gathering requirements from business customers, structuring and validating them
- Analysis of current processes, identification of bottlenecks and contradictions in system logic
- Decomposition of business requirements into technical tasks for developers
- Setting tasks for system development and modification
- Writing technical specifications and functional specifications for modifications: description of business logic, data structures (documents, registers, directories), screen forms, print forms, and reports
- Setting tasks for Kafka: description of topics, message schemas, producer/consumer logic, reliability requirements, processing order, and error handling
- Description of REST API integrations: contracts, request and response schemas
- Data work
- Writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation of development results, and incident investigation
- Analysis of data flows between systems, description of field mapping
- Preparation of analytical materials and reports for stakeholders
- Documentation and support
- Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation: integration schemes, API descriptions, data exchange regulations
- Writing test cases and participation in acceptance testing
- Participation in meetings, demos, and retrospectives
- Maintaining a task backlog, prioritization in conjunction with the customer and team lead
