Requirements: 🔸 Threshold condition - Proven experience as a branch manager (4 years or more) in the grocery retail sector. 🔸 Experience managing 25 employees or more - mandatory! 🔸 Experience managing a branch with large financial turnovers - an advantage. 🔸 Computer literacy. 🔸 Good communication skills. 🔸 Ability to motivate employees. 🔸 Leadership. 🔸 Ability to sell and provide good service. *References from previous workplaces with employer numbers for verification will be required.

Job Description: Your task will be the operational management of the branch, hiring and training staff, managing a large number of employees, ensuring quality customer service, and managing inventory and finances. It is expected that under your leadership, the store will operate effectively, providing customers with high-quality service and a wide range of products. Your goal is to make the store an example of successful operation, where every employee feels their contribution to the common cause.

🕐 Schedule: (2 shifts, alternating) Morning 7-8 AM to 2-3 PM Evening 2-3 PM to 9-10 PM Saturdays as needed 1 day off per schedule
