We are looking for an experienced developer for a fintech startup in Cyprus. An opportunity to join at an early stage and participate in building the architecture, engineering team, and technical foundation of the product.
Format: hybrid, Cyprus. Salary: €60,000–€80,000 per year, depending on experience and suitability for the position.
Responsibilities: • Development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Designing scalable web systems. • Working with real-time data, fintech infrastructure, and AI. • Setting up CI/CD and release processes. • Participation in planning, coordination of development, and QA.
Expectations: • Strong hands-on development experience and experience in making architectural decisions. • Technical leadership experience or readiness to take on such responsibility. • Experience in fintech or iGaming will be a plus. • Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic approaches will be an advantage. • Willingness to work in a hybrid format in Cyprus.
