We are a fintech holding company with our own products and a strong team. We are currently growing actively and looking for a strong full-stack developer.

▪️ What you will be doing ▫️Developing and enhancing our products: frontend using React/Next.js plus backend using Node.js or Python ▫️Designing APIs and integrations with external services (payment providers, KYC, analytics) ▫️Working with queues and asynchronous processes (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka) ▫️Deploying and maintaining services in Docker/Linux ▫️Optimizing performance and stability ▫️Code reviews and participation in architectural decisions

▪️ What is important to us ▫️5+ years of commercial development experience, with real full-stack experience ▫️Experience in fintech! ▫️Proficient in React + Next.js (TypeScript, SSR/SSG, state management) ▫️Node.js (Fastify, NestJS) or Python (FastAPI), at least one stack at a production level ▫️Docker, confident work with Linux ▫️Queues: RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or Kafka ▫️Git and a clear workflow ▫️Databases: ability to design a schema and write a proper query ▫️Independence: grasp the context and deliver a solution

▪️ Will be a plus ▫️Own team. If you are applying with others, it's a big plus, we are ready to discuss separately CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) ▫️Experience with high-load systems and microservice architecture ▫️Mentorship or team lead experience
