☑️ Responsibilities -Backend Development: Build and develop the server-side of our tipping service using Python, employing modern frameworks (Django/FastAPI) -Frontend Development: Create user and admin interfaces with React, making them fast and user-friendly -Mission-Critical Integrations: Set up and maintain integrations with banks and acquiring systems. We handle real money, which imposes high reliability requirements -Data Management: Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, write complex queries -Quality and Reliability: Ensure correct processing of financial transactions, write autotests for critical scenarios, participate in code reviews and incident analysis -Architecture and Processes: Participate in product architecture design and improvement of development processes, reducing technical debt -Support existing services on PHP, Nodejs (potential for transition to active development)
☑️ Candidate Requirements -5+ years of commercial experience in Python development -Backend: Proficient in Django or FastAPI. Understand REST API principles and have experience designing integrations -Frontend: Practical experience with React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. Ready to actively develop in React -Databases: Excellent knowledge of SQL and practical experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization) -Write autotests and understand the critical importance of testing financially significant operations (e.g., transactions, idempotency) -Proficient with Git and have experience with CI/CD at the developer level -Soft Skills: Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, possess systemic thinking, and teamwork skills. Open to feedback and able to report risks in a timely manner
Will be a plus: -Knowledge of PHP (support for current services) -Knowledge of Node.js (support + potential transition to active development) -Experience with acquiring (a big plus if in the tipping sector) -Understanding of payment processing flows -Knowledge of frontend build tools -Experience with asynchronous tasks and message queues
