AppMagic is a B2B SaaS platform for mobile market analytics. We have over 350 corporate clients worldwide, including NetEase, Google, PlayVentures. Our goal is to become #1 in our field.

Backend stack: Golang, Postgres, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes.

Main challenges:

• Understanding how to turn a business idea into a great product feature. We have many ideas, but the implementation of most of them depends on whether we can do them on the backend or not. It is necessary to think through the entire path from idea to MVP: how to implement it from the development side, the shortest path, pitfalls, keeping in mind how to scale it in the future.

• The product is about 8 years old, and at the same time we are updating to new versions of the language and frameworks - it's important to be able to keep the codebase in good shape, quickly learn about errors, design/modify parts of the system with an attitude that they are easily maintained.

Who we are looking for:

• A developer who resonates with the startup atmosphere - the opportunity to work not according to strict specifications, but with freedom in actions and approaches.

• Good knowledge in architecture, principles of building scalable and reliable systems or a desire to develop these skills.

• Commercial development experience in Go from 3 years, ideally in a product/startup.

• Ability to write testable code, a test-driven development approach is welcome.

• Excellent knowledge of SQL. Understanding when to write queries manually and when to use an ORM, ability to write and debug complex queries in PostgreSQL/Clickhouse.

• Ability to look at the product "through the user's eyes", proactivity, striving for product excellence.
