We're looking for a Pipeline Developer to join a creative technology team building the pipeline behind large-format immersive display experiences. This role is focused on developing and maintaining Unreal Engine plugins, publishing pipeline workflows, and the automation tools that keep the VFX pipeline moving from asset creation to final delivery. The ideal candidate will work with Unreal Engine, Perforce, and rendering workflows tuned for 16k to 32k resolution displays, where performance and reliability at that scale are the core challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Unreal Engine plugins for rendering and pipeline workflows.
• Optimize rendering pipelines for large-format displays (16k-32k resolution), including tiling.
• Build automation and tooling that streamlines the VFX pipeline from asset creation to delivery.
• Implement and maintain Perforce pipeline integration across studio tools.
• Manage materials and assets through the studio's publishing and asset management systems.
• Integrate Unreal Engine workflows with proprietary encoding, playback, and cloud rendering systems.

Core Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Unreal Engine development experience, including plugin development.
• Experience optimizing and troubleshooting rendering pipelines for large-format (16k+) and tiled displays.
• Experience integrating cloud rendering solutions into production pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Perforce version control and pipeline workflows.
• Experience with asset management systems and publishing pipeline support.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ for scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of VFX or game studio pipeline workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
